The brush in the valley was not bad with the help from a nice trip. The
rain was a different story.


Heading up the gulley at 3700'. At the top, the views opened up and we saw
Lewis Peak.
However finding the Notch was a bit trick in the fog. We waffled lots on
where to go in the fog.

The back side of the notch posed no problems and the snow slope up was nice.
The views from Morning Star are super. We had almost clear skies by
the time we
left the summit 2.6 hours later. Del Campo Peak from the valley floor
looks very nice.
